Why Need Circuit Tester?

·Continuity Test: Quickly detect circuit and component continuity.

Do not use on AC voltage systems. Ensure the circuit tester is powered by the car battery before performing any tests.

Polarity Identification &Voltage Test~

When the Red LED light up with the LED display shows voltage value,indicates the probe detect the positive pole.

When the Green LED light up with buzzer sound,indicates the probe detect the negative pole.

Help to distinguish positive/negative poles of components such as battery, diode etc.

Judge whether the components or wires (in the hand/vehicle)are good performance~

Attach the red clip to the positive pole and the black clip to the negative pole of the car battery.

Connect the probe and ground auxiliary clip to the positive & negative terminal of the component, then press the positive activation button (-)to add power to the component, the voItage value will be displayed and the Red LED will light up, then the component (such as starters, solenoids, fuel pumps, cooling fans, automotive headlights, turn signals, diode and fuse connections)will be activated

Grounding Test~

Check Good/bad Grounding connnection~

Use the probe to make contact with the negative terminal of the component and the device green LED will light up when the ground test passed (as shown in Figure).

NOTE: Do not press the activation button during ground detection.

Test Trailer Lights~

Connect the circuit tester to the battery, clamp the auxiliary ground clip to the trailer ground, connect the probe to the socket of the trailer connector (as shown in Figure), Then press the (-) button to test the function and direction of the trailer lights.

Jumper Functionality~

The black clip connnect to the positive pole of batteryand the auxiliary ground wire contact to the circuit, the red clip is disconnected from the vehicle battery (as shown in Figure). The circuit tester can be acted as a jumper wire. Please take care to avoid short circuits and overloads, the jumper function is not protected by the unit's circuit breaker.

Continuity Test~

Attach the red clip to the positive pole and the black clip to the negative pole of the car battery.

By using the probe tip and auxiliary ground wire (as shown in Figure).

Continuity testing can be performed on wires and components that are disconnected from the vehicle's electrical system. If the continuity test passed, the green LED will light up. NOTE: Do not press the activation switch during the continuity test.
